The design of our logo is an Appliqué based on Pre Raphaelite artistic ideals of beauty that originally inspired the Arts and Crafts Movement.
 
According to our local area Victorian Era folklore, the Native Tribe Miwok,  gave the name Tamalpias, The Sleeping Maiden to the mountain located in Marin County, California. 

The mountain connects the Golden Gate National Recreation Area which includes Muir Woods National Mounument,Point Reyes National Seashore as well as various
Marin County Open Space Preserves. Marin is where Heirloom Home is located. 
Our logo was chosen to represent natural, human, and artistic beauty meeting together.
